Locked No Content Av ailable in Oflline Course Plpayer

    I have several courses I have downloaded for offline viewing in prep for a train trip over the next couple of days.  When I open the offline course player, it does not show ANY courses under "My Content".  What gives?

    My Passport/Live is John.Nowak@Brulant.com. 

    A sample course is 
    (free content) Clinic 6264: Introducing Windows Communication Foundation using .Net Framework 3.5 & Visual Studio 2008
    or 
    (paid content) Course 2626: Developing Microsoft® .NET Applications Using Code Generation, UI Process, and Abstraction

    There are several others who use this computer to access there own MS eLearning, under other Passport/Live accounts.  Is there something special I have to do because of this?

    Please help.
