I have assign to the same clinc, and I want to remove it. Does any body know, how it could be done ?

Cannot find the Begin on Content Tab for elearning course.

When I go to the subscription page and click on the title of the program, it takes me to another page where it describes the product, however there is no tab or content tab with Begin on it. I cannot begin this program. It is the elearning course for Frontpage 2003. I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

Not able to start virtual labs

Hi,

I am enrolled iin the 70-646 course.

After gowing trough the first 5 labs it suddenly stopped working.

It starts loading (shows the loading page) then
... for the last three days the window just went blank

... now I am gettign a 404 page not found error.

Help will be appreciated.

Problem with lab starting

I can't start labs beacuse the button don't shows up. Here are the screens from this:

I am trying to check my answers after taking the self test. The prompt says my answers are displayed, but I do not see the written answers etc. Is the darken brown box the correct answer or how do i find it once I have dragged the answer to the right side drop box which diplays the questions?

I enrolled for IT Academy Database Developer study program but have made an error when setting up msn-live login and verifying my account via the verification email.

So verification email was sent to this email address, and when I sign in using the msn-live login it keeps say ‘this code is being used by another student’.

I also tried using this email address to sign in for msn-live but it is not allowing me to access this code for the course.

Can you fix this? Re-link my email address to the product code?

trouble on unwanted install "adobe flash player"

I got a message, "adobe flash player activeX setup" that my computer does't support but I install by UNWANTED, by my mistake. From this message, some programs I could NOT have pictures and sound. How can I solve this problem?

I understand that as an MSDN Premium customer I can claim 2 free courses per year. How do I claim these?

I have chosen the courses and added them to my cart. Do I still need to enter my payment details if the courses are free, or should I have an access code I can enter?

I realized 0.00001 seconds too late that the course I purchased would wind up in MY Windows Live/My Learning Account, not the developer on my staff that I was purchasing it for. How can I transfer it to another Windows Live account?

Can't Start My Online Course

I have subscribed to a number of online courses.

I go to the "My Learning" page, click on "My Subscriptions" and then click on one of the courses to start it. However, when I click on a course I am redirected to a page with a description of the course and the option to purchase it. I have already purchased this course - could someone tell me how to start it? Clicking on the link always takes me to the purchase page.

Course 4326: lab does not launch / VMRC not installed

I'm trying "Course 4326: An Introduction to Transact-SQL in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 (Retired)" using Windows XP SP3, IE 8. This course includes a lab. The lab does not launch. I get the black screen that says the lab is launching and then the following site is displayed

It says "To launch this lab, the Virtual Machine Remote Control (VMRC) Advanced ActiveX Control must be installed on your computer." But there's no yellow bar at the top of the Internet Explorer window to install this control. Are there any known issues with IE 8? Is there any other way to install the Virtual Machine Remote Control (VMRC) Advanced ActiveX Control?

I have almost 700 items in my 'My Subscriptions'. This makes it very difficult to find the specific course I am looking for. How can I remove ones I don't care about in bulk. For example, how to remove all expired courses? How to remove all courses for a specific technology group?

I have been trying to get into Microsoft IT Academy using the code my professor gave me, which is 9620-OFAD110F-8144 but I am getting an error message that the code has already been used. I believe this code is for everyone in our class so there would be several people using it. I am already registered with Microsoft IT Academy from my last semester but it is different lessons. What do I need to do to get in?

spoolsv.exe has COM1 tied up

I can't run HyperTerminal anymore. It says Com1 is busy. I downloaded procexp.exe from Microsoft and it says spoolsv.exe is using Com1. I don't know why this happens. I went to device manager and deleted Com1 and then went to add new hardware and scanned for new hardware, which added Com1 back. At that point I was able to use Hyperterminal again, however each time I reboot, spoolsv.exe seizes Com1 again. I would like to know why it has Com1 and what I can do to fix this.
I also need help in selecting a forum catagory. None of the choices available are a good fit for my question.

even tho I do have some my-learning going the non-student way. How do I get the Academic pass to work to access free content and a learning path. I remain confused about all the learning paths for say, web development. I want to learn in a consistent way and not have to skip from from one learning path to another.
