Are both PCs using Windows 7? If not, what OS is on the remote PC and the local PC?
What is the video card/chip on the remote PC?
Does the remote PC have the desktop enhancements installed for Live Mesh? Was Live Mesh installed under and admin account?

The remote PC is Windows XP and the local PC is Windows 7 both have the latest graphics drivers.
The remote PC is an IBM with and intel graphic card; and works find when connecting to it from my Vista laptop.
So I suppose the issue has to do with my Windows7 PC with nvidia card, latest drivers.

That's even odder. I would not expect that the hide desktop function would be an issue on a remote XP machine. Since it only happens when connecting *from* the Windows 7 PC, you may be correct, though I find that odd.
I'll leave the thread unanswered for now, but please submit a bug report with logs from the remote and local machines of the problem pair per the instructions here.
