    Hi snowtracks,

You can download or install Microsoft My Phone from http://myphone.microsoft.com/install.  Just save the file instead of opening it once it is on your PC.

As for adding contacts, there is no easy way to import (or export for that matter) contacts in a bulk fashion.  You can, however, use the My Phone Web portal and create new contacts there, copying and pasting the information from your old contacts into the new ones.

    Hope this helps!

The method I used was to:
Import my contacts to Windows Live,
Sync the Windows Live contacts with my phone by installing Windows Live on my phone.
Then I synced my phone with My Phone and all my contacts ended up there.

Now too tough at all.... though it sure would be nice if Windows Live and My Phone just talked to each other automatically.... I haven't found a way to sync my windows Live Calendar with My Phone as yet.... that's kind of a bummer..... but now my phone is the primary place I set up a Calendar item and My Phone becomes the back up.  Too bad My Phone calendar can't handle recurring appointments.
