First, Duplicate Contacts are able to be selected on the myphone site, but then what? No options are available what to do with them once selected. Nothing. I was looking for the obvious option of "Delete". But again, No 'delete' option, or any other option whatsoever.

I did earlier select them all, then when I saw no options, just went to another link on the side (calendar), then returned to contacts and it showed I had ZERO contacts... in other words, without selecting any option (that wasn't there anyway) it deleted ALL of my contacts, even though just my 'duplicates' were selected.    So i then re-synced my phone, and all the contacts got restored, but I could not recreate that phenomenon... the duplicates can still be selected, with no options, but that's it. Isn't there supposed to be SOME option to do with them once selected... ANYthing?

Finally, when I typed the issue out in the subject line, a message appeared (and is still there as I type this) above this comment box that states: "Suggested AnswersWe've found questions similar to yours. Please review these links and see if your question has already been answered. Links will open in a new window" ..... But there are NO LINKS! What is going on here? It's not my computer or browser, because I can recreate this on my girlfriend's and friends computer's with 3 different browsers as well.

On portal page, you should see a list of your contacts with checkboxes at the left of each contact.
When you click the dark grey link "Find duplicates" at the top, it'll show a list of duplicate contacts with checkboxes at the left. At the top of the page, there's "Delete duplicates", which you can delete duplicates.
