Locate my lost phone premium option locked up my phone
- Tried testing the HTC Touch Pro with the locate my lost phone feature. Set my phone to silent and watched the screen light up after being in sleep mode and the phone locked up and to perform a hard reset to restart the phone? Have Alltel for phone service running Windows 6.1 mobile. Phone installed and synced data fine with myphone profile. Any answers???

I'm sorry that you are having trouble with the service. I'm a little confused though. Are you looking for ways to do a hard reset on your phone? If so, you can find more info on resetting your phone here - http://www.hardreset.eu/htc_touch_pro_hard_reset_soft_reset_en.html . Please remember that performing a hard reset on your phone will delete all data from it. We would only recommend a soft reset if your phone is locked up. You could also try letting the battery drain away to reset your phone and restart it.
If thats not the problem and your phone locks up everytime you try the premium service, please let us know and we can investigate further into the issue. I would recommended reinstalling the My Phone application on your phone and trying again.
