Proposed AnswerArchive problems... ironic

    I have been a part of this service for quite some time now, and was there for the official launch. I started to archive text messages as soon as the feature became available.. Now I am UNABLE to retrieve, access, modify, delete, or do anything with them. I always end up with an error telling me that the service is unavailable. It's been like this since I archived messages for the first time. I am able to synchronize with my phone perfectly, and access ANY other information on the 'My Phone' portal. Note that archived text messages is the only malfunctioning feature for me.

    Thank you for using Microsoft My Phone!  I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your archived items.  We're aware of this issue and hope to implement a fix soon.  There is another thread that addresses this issue a bit more: http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/MyPhone/thread/3409bd0e-0315-44ee-bfee-15f3054ae335
