I am a little leery of using this service.  I know when I did an online sync of my phone with Verizon, it screwed up a lot of the information on my phone....contacts, calendar etc.  Is this service reliable and will it accurately sync all of my data without corrupting any of the information?  I assume it sync's all of the Outlook information.  Also, does it sync Outlook Notes?

What program did you use to sync with Verizon?

For Microsoft MyPhone service, there's known issue with ordering of sms but other than that, it's reliable.
If you already uses exchange sync for outlook, MyPhone would skip syncing outlook properties.
It would sync photos, pictures but does not sync outlook notes.
