How to remove trailing separators or unwanted separators?

  Good evening.
  
  Im really having a problem on removing the toolstrip separators on my toolstrip. I have an MDI form with menus and depending on the user who logged in some of the menus is hidden but when this happens the toolstrip separators are not automatically hidden so there are instances of unwanted or trailing separators.
  
  I really think someone out there has encountered this. I really need your help guys.
