Welcome to msdn forums.

How you want to set registry keys? Are you trying to do it using a programming language or manually.

If you are looking for manual edit, then in the run window type "regedit" and hit enter. This will bring the windows registry editor.

If you are looking to do it using C# the below link can help you to achieve it
