Hi,
When I go into MS Outlook to design a form, I click on the toolbox and when I right click, I can't get to the custom controls to open.
What do I need to do to get this function. My co-worker has that capability, and we've checked every setting.
Please advise. Any information is greatly appreciated

Hi Aces0730,
Thanks for posting in the MSDN Forum.
Your issue is an end-user issue. I would recommend you post it in the http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/outlook for better support.
By the way, do you pay attention to the ribbon button "Control ToolBox"?
Have a good day,
Tom

Hi,
I figured out the problem, for the custom controls in the control toolbox
Go into options, Trust Center, Trust Center Settings, Privacy Options, and uncheck "Download a File Periodically That Helps Determine System Problems and uncheck "Sign up for the for the Customer Improvement Program"
I don't know why this worked, but when I tried it, I was able to click on the control toolbox, open it up, and right click inside the toolbox and get custom controls.
