TechNet Blogs - Third Party Application Access Password Reminder does not send an email

I am trying to use the Password reminder feature within the Third Party Application Access settings. I'm able to specify my password and it alerts me that I should receive an email in 15 minutes. I have not received one email after trying this many times.
Any suggestions?
