Possibility of customization in Skype

  Hi,

  I would like to use Skype in our application. So is there any possibility to customize Skype application as per our requirement.

  Is it possible to use Skype APIs to Develop Audio-video live chat conference application in C# (.Net framework 4.0)? And i also want to record the audio conversation as well.
