    All of us understand that microsoft is more advanced in software development and its a been good for new developers or programmers and through this you can make a project for photoshop in vs.net and see the advantage that its giving from this so this project is much more easier for users and less costing and having a nice experience out of it .

    hi dude

     

    making photoshop is bit difficult but started making it having a nice experience and lets make it a bit buffer system to make the pix fit into it and than alter there after and for  tools coding is to be done through drawings .

    is this correct?

    well it will be difficult task, it start will basic system design in C/C++,  so u need to have basic system properties, otherwise u wil end up in a PAINT i think....
