Hello I have a rouge virus that Mse/one care live cant find

  The rouge is called scansoft right when i downloaded it turned off my internet and lags my computer I would be really happy if someone can give me the steps to delete this virus manual or just get my internet back on so I can get a antivirus to kill it :D plz plz plz help
