Keyword Services Platform Login Issues

Hi,

I can't login to the Keyword Services Platform http://ksp.microsoft.com using my ad centre account details as it doesn't seem to recognise them. Is anyone else having the same issues - or has anyone actually manged to login?

can you send your issue to KSP@microsoft.com with your adCenter user name? your name need to be registered before you can use ksp.

Your log-in page (at https://ksp.microsoft.com/Explorer/Login.aspx) does not have a Forgot Password or Reset Password option. I have tried several times to log-in to the KSP site to access services, particularly the Keyword Explorer tool, with no success. I am using my AdCenter log-in and it keeps telling me that it is an invalid username and password. I even reset my AdCenter password and it still doesn’t work. PLEASE HELP!
