i have sent my power box to these people and can get no help from them. i have called several times and all that i get is no help people. i can't complain to anyone because the say there is nothing that can be done just wait,well i have waited for a month
and still haven't got anything out of them. i paid over $300. for my grandkids and they are having a fit because they cant play there games.i know you don't think this is a big problem but when the children want to play the game . every time we call they keep
changing the day. is there anything that youll can do . the company i delt and sent my part to was flextronic fullment. i know that micros is a big company and i hope that you can do something. i would like your help in this matter,and if the can't fis this
