    Hello

It is very frustrating this mixture of feature between accounts. I mean that one could log on with it's Windows live account but some of the stuff is on live profile, other on, MSDN Forims account still others in social bookmarks account.

And above all points awarded cannot be seen anywhere.

It is also vary much frustrated asking "Contact Us" options to be flood with autoresponders with nonsense contents that shows only that no one has read the message at all.

I appreciate the idea of sharing knowledge. That's great.
but realization is bad if I must be polite.

Profile control panel has only name and nothing else.

Even Feedback and Suggestions is vague and it is hard to find the right place to post message

I hope there will be improvement action in sort period.

    regards

    Ivo

Thanks for the feedback!  We just did a release with Forum on Fri March 27th.  The release you will see the following:
    1. Forums there is a new page called my setttings which is a interum very forum specfic points page, and app settings.  When viewing some elses setting page shows their points you do not have to pass through the MSDN profile to get their thier forums poitns.  Moving forward we are looking at changing profile so that it is one stop all up view of a user across all apps, at the same time keeping application context so if you go to a users profile from forums you will see forums specific data about that user but will easily be able to discover other contributions about that user.

    2. In regards to contacts we will be making changes there as well.  It will be arriving directly into a real person's inbox so that we can and will interact directly with the people who take the time to conact us.  Presently, contact us is being read by our support team, and they bubble issues to the feature team.
