    How do I generate a new certificate? This is a stand alone network and does on have a connection to the Web?

      That is not a problem, you can do a two step process.
      (Use the Certificate wizard on OCS)
      First generate the CSR request to a file, then use this CSR to to request a cert at your internal or external CA that you are using.
      Then import the Certificate that you just created by the CA

        If your CRT using period is no longer than five years, you also can change the expiration date of certificates, you can refer to below link:
