Locked Edge Server Deployment

    How many interfaces are needed for proper Edge server deployment.  It looks like I must have two, but I was wondering if I could use one interface with multiple IP Addresses.

      In order for the Edge to be a proxy and protect the internal infrastructure, two interfaces are required. The first interface will be exposed to the Internet or DMZ with the second interface exposed to the internal network. If both interfaces are on the same network segment (i.e. gateway) the edge separation is eliminated.

        I was hoping that was not the answer, but I guess we will need to add an interface to the server so we can test federation.  Thanks for your help.
