call from outside fails

  Good day,

  From inside calls to pstn go just fine. If Office Communicator calls externally, I can see this error on the client (Event Viewer)

  "500  Internal Server Error
  Ms-diagnostics:  0;source="<mediation server url>";reason="Internal error";component="MediationServer";Exception="Unable to establish a connection.";GatewayFqdn="192.168.5.94""

   

  What may cause this ?
