Time difference in Session Details in CDR / Archiving Server
-
Thursday, March 12, 2009 5:16 AMHi,
Our OCS CDR server is showing all times in GMT where as the servers are in different time zone.
E.g. I am in GMT + 5.30 time zone. If I start an IM session at 5.30 PM, CDr shows the session as it was started at 12 PM.
Do we have any patchs / solutions / workarounds for this.
Regards
Prasanna

All records is on UTC -0 you need to change to your current time when you make a query.
Example:
Select SessionIdTime - 0.125 from ...
These convert to GMT -3
