    Has anyone achieved an integration with EMC Enterprise Vault?

    I would like to promote my OCS archives into EV so we can see them with our compliance tools that peer into EV.

        How did you go with this. Over the last few years I have done a few intergrations with Enterprise Vault and document manamgnet systems but not office commuctions server.

        Basically if you are trying archive content that doesnt have a generic file type you will need to create the file types in your file groups.

        What I normally do is create a specific file group then archive a very small section of the data and try to retrive from the document managment system. The cocept should be the same.

        Depending on where your ocs archives sit though you will need to install the file archiving service on that server.
