    We're trying to let VPN (Nortel Connectivity) out to a client site through our ISA server but the ISA server is interfering with the connection. The VPN concentrator is at the client site, we are using their client.  Via the ISA server the ping time to a server over 450 ms, connecting a laptop directly to the router (bypassing the ISA server) reduces the ping time to under 150 ms.     Does anyone here know what could be interfering with the VPN or troubleshooting steps to take with ISA 2004 as this issue is starting to affect productivity.
