Does anyone know how to change the default device to call from the phone icon in Communicator next to a contact?
For example, when I click the phone icon next to some users in my contact list, I call their work phone. For others, I make a MOC VOIP call even though these users are publishing work telephone numbers.
I guess that this is selected by each individual user but I can't seem to find where this is. Can you help please?....
