    my computer sayn i have no product key i donr the diagnosis tool and that what it says,how can i fix this i dont have the software that came with it it windows xp pro

    Anyway, according to what you wrote you have an OEM License: the only way to have an original installation disc of your Windows XP is to ask the computer's manufacturer for a set of discs.
