Formatting all drives I plug in.

My PC requests to format every USB Flash Drive I plug into it. I press format, then a pop-out appears to tell me that windows couldnt format the device properly, and i cant access the USB. When I take the USB and plug it into any other PC, it works normally but when i plug it into my PC again, it requsts to be formatted and the same thing happens. The PC has requested to format all of my 7 different USBs and my External Hard Drive and 2 CFC (compact flash card). This way i made sure the problem is not from my devices but from my PC.... so what is the way to solve this problem?
P.S. I have a genuine Windows 7 Ultimate and I Update whenever a new update comes out
