Dear all,
I am using dynamic CRM 2011 in my small company and I have notice that permission are not set ptroperly for certain users.
I need for certains users to avoid access to:
- View or edit opportunity
-View or edit quote, order, invoice details
- View pipe informationI would like to simply authorise them to do Marketing campaign, send news letters, handle leads
What is the proper permission to set for those users ?
regards
serge

I suggest making a copy of one of the default roles that come out of the box, and to start removing Read privileges on the entities you don't wish them to have access to.Jason Lattimer

If you go to Administration and then security roles:
1) select the role you want to copy
2) then go to "more actions" and the top option will be Copy Role
