    Hi Guys,

    within the Oppertunity record when I select "Actions>> Close Oppertunity" I have options to set the opp status as either won or lost and then I have some default value in the status reason pick list - can this pick list be edited with my own status?

    Hi,

    open the opportunity entity in the customizations area, go to the attribute statuscode -> Choose the appropriate state for which you would like to enter a new reason and add it

    Thanks - I was being blind and didn't see the "status" drop-down for Open/Won/Lost.
