add same note to multiple contacts

  I have been searching for a way to do something like a dialog/workflow mix.  I would like to be able to add the same note to multiple contact records at the same time using a workflow; however, I'd like to be able to modify the value of the note details when I execute the workflow.  There seems to be no easy way to do this across multiple records.  I can easily do it for one record using a dialog (which can't be run against multiple records), and I can easily add the same note across multiple contacts using a workflow (which can't accept any user input other than changing the workflow process each time).

  Any ideas?
