    We would like to be able to assign one activity to multiple leads.  For example, have 100 new leads that were all sent the same letter, is it possible to create one activity and assign to all instead of doing this lead by lead.  thanks

    Hi Tracy,
    That's exactly what the "Quick Campaign" is for.  Select all 100 leads and click the Quick Campaign button.  Then follow the wizard.
