    Dear All,

    I am unable to see the "Refresh from CRM" button  in the Excel Sheet(in the Data Tab)(it worked fine when i exported my data,but later on l am not finding "Refresh from CRM button")

    I have installed outlook client for ms crm 2011 

    Please Help..

    try using "Refresh All" button and see if works?

    Hi Deep,

    Try once exporting excel using outlook client as Dynamic Worksheet form your crm outlook configured machine.

    Check in data tab for refresh button wheather you are getting or not. Some time it takes little time to fetch the data.

    Thanks to all,

    Got the solution,

    Microsoft dynamic CRM Excel add-in is in the Disabled mode,i tried by enabling the add-in,

    now i am able to see the "Refresh from CRM" button in the Excel

    I'm having the same problem however when I enable the add in, it doesn't stick. It just immediately goes back to being disabled? Any thoughts?
