    Am I right in my conclusion that I have to purchase additional software in order to create an email template that includes a logo or any kind of graphics? I have my crm has a plug in to my Outlook and many of the isntructions that I find says they do not apply inthis instance? Help.

    You should be able to cut and paste images into an email template right out of the box.  

    From Outlook, if you create an email using the CRM form, you should be able to apply that template, if using the native Outlook mail form, you will need to track the mail message before you can apply a template.
