I'm getting this error while importing MicrosoftXrmCustomerPortal.zip on a CRM 2011 on premises 5.0.9688.583

Are you sure you are using the correct version for RTM. Someone else ran into something similiar.

I'm using version CRM 2011 on premises 5.0.9688.583 the same as in the http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/eu/crmlabs/thread/10f1ea86-4ea3-4a04-946d-6350a249031d post, which is resolved. Anybody using a other version?
When i check our hosted CRM 2011 online https://xxx.crm4.dynamics.com/main.aspx?skipnotification=true the version is 5.0.9688.585, here i can instsall the customer portal solution. Any solution?

You can try rebooting all the CRM servers in the environment and recycle the app pool to see if that helps. If that doesn't work, I'll move the post to the Labs forum and see if you can get a solution. http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/crmlabs/threads
