CRM users Can not send emails to the Customers through CRM

Pytanie CRM users Can not send emails to the Customers through CRM

    Dear all
    i configured the Email router to send and recive ,i selected the user profile and configure the user to send through the email router .
    any way after sending email to Account or Contact ,the customer didnt recive the email .
    i checked the Badmail folder and the other folders but they were empty .
    any advice please

    is the problem with all users and all accounts/contacts or just select ones?  what type of environment are you in?  hosted, online.....

    hosted environment and yes it is all users and account.

    What email service are you using - Exchange or POP3?

     

    You might want to look for that email activity under Activities and open it up. See if the message has been successfully sent out by CRM.

    iam using microsoft exchange 2007 .

    i found the email in the CRM on my Pending emails.

    note that i can send emails inside the domain .but outside i can't

    are you sending emails to contacts contained in CRM?

    By "pending", are you saying your emails have yet to be sent out by CRM and are still pending some sort of an action by the system to send them out?

     

    I used to have a problem with emails being stuck in CRM without being sent out, but it was resolved already. I think there is a need to determine whether your CRM system is keeping these emails pending some sort of approval or action by the system to send them out OR they have been sent out by your CRM system, but are lost in limbo without reaching your intended audience.

     

    Once you determined that, we should be able to eliminate half the possibilities of errors.

    actually <<my Pending emails>> is some sort of an action by the system you can access it on the View of the system .

    That issue appears after upgrade the system from CRM 3.0 to 4.0.

    i installed the email router and confiured and verified it, every thing was ok.

    Okay. How about trying the following: Go to the Activities page, under All activities, can you find the email activities that are created by your email sending action? Open them up. Did the pages say something like the system is waiting to send the emails out?
