Hi Casper,
Please make sure that the birthday entered in ms crm is in the default field.
As far as i know there is no way to switch off bday alerts so there is nothing to swtch on. As long as the bday in in the right field it will show up on the calander.
The thread below has posts on the same subject but explains how you would disable the bday alerts.

Thanks for looking at my problem. But im not sure I understand you completly. When you say default field, then you mean the field on the form which is connected with the birthdate attribute, right?
Its where I insert the birthdate of the contacts and they are not showed in the outlook calender. You say that I cant switch off og on the birthday alerts, but you say that you can disable them. I've looked at your link. But im not sure what to do? -

Hi,
Please find my response below.

Correct. As you can see at the link below.

Ignore the disable bit as what you want is to see them. The method i described on the other post was if you did not want to see alerts.>>I've looked at your link. But im not sure what to do?
Please ensure that you put the date of birth in the correct field and sync to outlook.

Wednesday, November 18, 2009 12:09 PMHm I'm sure that its the correct field. God I'm tired of this. There isnt anything that can interfere with the sync? I'ts pretty strange. The appoinments is easly getting down into the calender, but the birthday wont go there. It's not only my clients CRM also our own CRM which isnt working proberly.
