Unanswered deletion rules for integrating CRM 2011 online with outlook

    We're running into issues when the owner of an appointment rejects an appointment (synced with outlook), then the appointment is deleted from CRM.

    Is this how the integration is supposed to work?

    We still want record of the appointment

    Hi,

    When you say that the owner rejects the appointment, do you mean that they were sent an invite from a non CRM user and they reply with 'not attending'? If they are the only CRM user on the attendee list then the appointment would not appear in CRM unless someone else tracked the appointment.
