I am just wondering if it s happening to more of us. Problem is how "description" field is showing html formatting in activities view instead of text of email . This happens only when email is mapped to crm throught crm email router. Is there any possible solution?

What rollup is your server currently on?
I believe this is fixed in rollup 6:
"When the Description field is added to an Activity view for email activities, HTML code is displayed in the grid column and in the tooltip text."

We have the exact same issue. Email that is created and added to a Case within the CRM client displays fine, but email that is created in Outlook and "Set Regarding" a Case will display as html when looking at the body of the email from a custom Activity View.
We are on Rollup 8.

Did you get a fix for this problem, I am also facing the same problem I am on roll-up 8 (also Roll-up 6 has been applied way back). Any open MS issue will also help us?
