    Hi

     

    I'm using Scribe Insight 6.3 with CRM 4.0.  Does anybody know an easy way to move activities from one entity to another?  I'm going to be moving them from Leads to Accounts.

     

    I think I need to update Regarding and also Parent Record Type.  Is there anything else?

     

    Any help would be appreciated.

    That should be all you need to do, but I've seen it where you also have to update the ActivityParty.

     

    CRM stores the regarding info in 2 places - ActivityPointer and ActivityParty. The CRM API should take care of ActivityParty automatically (I think) when you update the ActivityPointer regarding field.
