Having an issue in CRM 2011. When certain users are tracking certain emails (haven't been able to narrow down a pattern yet), we are getting a SQL error. Nothing in the error other than SQL erros if it continues contact Microsoft. Also, one user gets the same error that pops up even when he is not doing anything ion Outlook but just has it open.
Do I look for the error info in SQL or in CRM?
We are running 2011 UR 12.
