Pertanyaan Error when attempting to go offline with CRM

We have a couple users that are getting the following error when attempting to go offline:

"A SQL Server error occurred. Try this action again. If the
problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or
contact your organization’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you
    can contact Microsoft Support."

The environment is CRM 2011 and Outlook 2010 64-vit w/SP1.  Both have the latest updates, and Rollup 6 has been applied to both the client and the server.

I am going to assume this a SQL Server permission issue, and if so, is there any guidance as to what to look for?  Any other known issues?

    Thanks,
    Bob

The problem probably isent the Microsoft CRM SQL server.

I think its the SQL database on your client PC. To go off line you need to install the offline client and that installs a SQL database to handle the offline data.

Does the user have local administrator rights on her PC? You would need that to create the offline SQL database.

Off line mode was installed, and the database is there.  It is happening on 2 different laptops.  And they are both admins on their machine.

    Hi Bob,

We are experiencing the very same issue with Agents going offline/online. The problem is intermittent. They are on Rollup 5 at this point in time. Have you had any success in identifying the problem?

    Many Thanks, Robert
