Answered Custom header for CRM 2011 Online

    I need to be able to add a custom logo to the header in CRM 2011 Online. I don't necessarily have to remove the existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM logo, but I do need to add our own.

    Sorry Dave, you can't. This is not supported. The same header image (masthead.jpg) is used by all customers on the server cluster, so I don't think Microsoft's going to want your logo on every instance ; )

    You'll need a dedicated partner-hosted CRM 2011 environment for this.
