    Dear all,

When I'm opening a Quote Product I'm getting the following error message:

The Value in the Quantity box has changed from "" to "" due to an update to the decimals supported in the product.

Furthermore all the integer values on the GUI (even those not linked to the product) disapaer.

When I type a number and then select another textbox (loose focus) the number disappears. Magic somehow....

    Thanks in adavce,

    Jeppen

    Jeppen,

What version of CRM do you have and what Update Rollup do you have installed?

Have you tried clear up the Temporary Files on the browser?

I'm also seeing this this morning on one XP machine with either IE7 or IE 8.

    CRM is version 4.

I've tried changing the local regional settign from UK to US, and back agina but still the issue remains..

    any ideas?

    Dear Dimaz,

The problem came form another application. This application modified the MSXML3.dll.

Took some time to find out.

It is due to the MSXML3.dll. You need to check the applications you lastly installed.

    Hi Jeppen,

Can i ask what you did to repair MSXML3.dll as my attempts are repairing it through reinstallling its via the MSXML3 SDK do not seem to fix the issue.

    Kind regards,

    Stuart

    Hi Stuart,

In the command line I typed "regsvr MSXML3.dll".

This solved It for me. Be carefull if you are using a roaming Profile.
