Hello, I'm trying to create a view for an entity but i'm not able to give condition or use group AND or group OR. screen shot above shows the error i'm getting. How to overcome this. I went to customization - entity - view - New. When i clicked on Edit Filter Criteria The window is showing only 'clear' 'Group AND' and 'Group OR'. When i clicked on group and its giving this alert. You can see all three popup windows in screen shot.

Hello,
You should do the following:
1. Add two or more conditions or groups
2. Left mouse click on the condition that you want to group choose Select and do the same with another one condition tat you want to group.
3. Now you can click "Group And" or "Group Or" -

Thank you for your reply Maryna Iengurazova,
as you can see from the screen shot above there is no option to Add condition or groups. I'm not able to give condition only. Help me solving this.

Sorry Maryna Iengurazova,
I didn't get what you said. I'm able to give conditions in other entities. Only in this entity called ROB i'm not finding an option to give condition.
Thank you for your time Maryna Iengurazova.

firstly don't click on the "Group And" or ""Group Or"...
firstly create the condition as "Status equal Active" then create the second the conditon as "Status Reason equal to Active". Then right click on one conditon you can see the option "Select row" then do the same for the second conditon, now you can see that you have selected the both the conditions now you can click on the Group Or or Group And Conditon, will work properly.

Madhu Sudhan.M, I meant that you are trying to customize view of an entity in wich you can't not edit filter criteria. For some reason Microsoft hasn,t providet possibility to customize this view.- Edited by Maryna IengurazovaEditor Tuesday, September 11, 2012 1:04 PM 1
