Unanswered CRM 3.0 Outlook Neverending "Scheduling Error" Pop Up Message

    Hello all,

For some reason, one of our users keep getting a pop up message in his Outlook 2007:

    "Scheduling Error
The following potential problems have been found

............... is unavailable at this time.

Do you want to ignore these errors and save? (Yes or No)"

Clicking Yes or No will not stop this message to keep popping up.

We are using CRM 3.0 add-in in Outlook and synchronize/track all activities with CRM. I came into this website http://www.salentica.com/Default.aspx?tabid=114&EntryID=6 which says that this problem might be because
the user who is tracking the appointment in the CRM has an email address on another contact record. However I have checked that there is no such duplicate email addresses.

The only temporary solution for this is to have the user to turn off the CRM add-in in his Outlook.

Could anyone please help me on this? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

    -Elizabeth K.

Anyone has an idea? I think the problem comes up because this is an account that's running from Terminal Service, and we haven't been able to successfully applied any CRM Rollup patches in terminal.
