Sorry to tell you that you can't sync the company field at this moment. :(

For the Outlook and CRM field mapping, please check out this blog.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Darren
     Thank you for the response.
I think there is a way. I just dont know exactly how it works. That is what I am looking for.
    Please see here

    Hi,

It indicates only from CRM to Outlook and not the other way around.   I guess that the other workaround is to pick an unused Outlook field for the company name, then have a workflow or plug-in look to monitor that field, then update the company field based on the value on the sync field that you picked.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks Liu.  I only need a one way Sync. And this is exactly what I want to do. But  how do I tell this unused field to go Sync with the company field in Outlook?

    Hi,
You can synchronize crm contacts with Outlook but one of the fields is parent company so for example you may have a Company view in contacts. This is a one way because parent company value will be passed to text field in Outlook. I have couple of parent company like Ultimate Parent company and I had only to build a special view in Outlook. You can use Javascript to copy value of lookup to text field which is supported to sync and rename build a view in Outlook
