I know what it mean but what does it really mean?
Look at this picture below: I want to run this content on my phone or computer offline. Does this mean that I should be able download this to my local computer/phone and it will work?

Hi,
Yes, you are right. It means you don't need an active internet connection for this learning content. You will need internet to download, but after that you can learn at your own pace or leisure.
You can download an entire course or for courses that support lesson level downloading you can choose a few lessons at a time. Then when you log back onto the live site, you can synchronize your lesson progress manually or automatically. All the content you accessed offline gets recorded and tracked in your online profile.
Step 1: Download and install theE-Learning Offline Player.https://www.microsoftelearning.com/help/downloadingPlayer.aspx
Step 2: Select and download the lessons or courses you want to take offline.
Step 3: Open the Offline Player and take your courses offline anytime.
I hope this helps. If my response answered your question, please mark the response as an answer and also vote as helpful.
