Bug in Set Regarding MS CRM 2011 Outlook Client?

Hi,
We run into a problem recently with MS CRM 2011 outlook client. We open a mail and hit on Set Regarding --> More. The lookup window opens. I close the lookup window without choosing any record but still my e-mail is getting "Tracked" in CRM. Then I "Untrack" it and repeat the same action of Set Regarding--> More and close the lookup window without choosing any record. This time I am getting "An error occurred while promoting this item to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM could not be contacted or the user has insufficient permissions to perform this action."
Any ideas about what is going wrong here?

Hi,
If it looks like a bug and you don't get any response from anyone in time, please raise it to Microsoft support and create a ticket. Or enter it in Microsoft connect.
