While working in the CRM Plug-in for Outlook, I continually get the following error message...
Anyone have suggestions, recommendations or advice?

Your local machine - make sure you get the correct version 32/64 bit.
CRM2011-Client-KB2739504-v2-ENU-amd64.exe - 64 bit
CRM2011-Client-KB2739504-v2-ENU-i386.exe - 32 bit
