Answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) from CRM Customers

When you’ve been reading Microsoft Dynamics CRM product documentation, you might have noticed there’s a feature at the bottom of each for sending us feedback or questions.
The e-mails you send are sent directly to the writers and editors who develop content to support Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We can’t provide technical support, but we can answer a ton of questions you throw at us. Because we’ve been doing this for a while, we know the most commonly asked questions. These are now compiled in “Frequently asked questions from Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers” (Online version; On-Premise version). Let me know what you think.

Hi Carola,
this seems to be a very good idea. It would be useful to know if you're receiving many questions through that channel in order to understand if the feedback mechanism is explicit enough. This with the purpose of insuring that the majority of the community is able to take advantage of this helpful resource.
It's just a doubt, I suppose you've already taken statistics into account.
Thanks a lot.

Hi Carol,
There seems to be a issue related to Lead to Opportunity while Duplicate detection is enabled. Please refer the link
http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/crm/thread/bb7d5b3b-2a1c-46d0-8b5c-fe9bc3e3542d
Kindly take appropriate measures so that the issue gets to the technical people of CRM and the issue resolution may be provided in the subsequent releases.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi Anubhav,
Please note that the Forums are not the right place to log an issue with Microsoft. We have four good sources for getting assistance with Dynamics CRM:
- If you think you or someone else has discovered an issue (bug) with the software, then you will need to open a Support ticket with Microsoft to log that issue.
- If you have a product feature enhancement suggestion then you can post that on the Connect site.
- If you want to report an issue, question or comment regarding the Help document then use the "Send Feedback or Questions" feature that Caralo2 mentioned in the intial post.
- If you need help with a question or challenge you are facing with the software then the forum is a good place to post your question.
Of course, if you are a Dynamics CRM Customer, you can always turn to your Dynamics CRM Partner for assistance and if you don't have a Partner, you can find one on Pin Point or ask and we will be happy to help find the right Partner for you.
I hope this helps

This is a good and nice forum.
Where developer can learn lots of things that he/she can learn in so long time.
This is really productive and enthusiastic.
